Chris Pedersen
Chris Pedersen is our Chief Executive Officer, leading with a results-driven approach and bilingual expertise in French and English to guide Shouldice Stone towards sustainable growth and success.
Chris brings over 21 years of experience from the tire distribution industry, having held various executive leadership roles at North America’s largest tire & wheel wholesale distributor. His extensive background includes full P&L ownership, sales, supply chain, strategic partnerships and general management, with his most recent role as President for Central and Eastern Canada.
In addition to his hands on operating experience, Chris holds an mMBA from McGill University and has completed advanced business courses at York University. His experience in building great teams, customer experience, continuous improvement and operational excellence positions him as a visionary leader driving our strategic goals.
Danielle DeBoer
Danielle DeBoer serves as our Director of Manufacturing, overseeing operations, production, and human resources to drive excellence in our manufacturing processes.
Danielle brings a wealth of experience in HR leadership and manufacturing, having spent the past decade building a distinguished career in the Grey-Bruce region. Her background includes significant roles in managing diverse employee groups across various industries, including the nuclear sector and automotive manufacturing. Danielle also served as Executive Manager of Human Resources at the Bruce-Grey Catholic District School Board and contributes to academia as a part-time professor at Conestoga College.
With an undergraduate degree in Business from Western University and a Master’s in Industrial Relations from Queen’s University, Danielle is well-equipped to foster operational excellence and a positive work environment at Shouldice Stone.
Dan Lamoureux
Dan Lamoureux serves as our Vice President of Business Development, overseeing Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Product Teams to drive growth and position the company for future success.
With over 25 years of experience leading sales teams and driving business success, Dan has a proven track record in building high-performing teams and developing strong customer relationships. He has successfully managed national teams, fostered partnerships with thousands of clients, and consistently delivered results in competitive industries.
Dan holds a degree in Environmental Engineering from Université Laval, with additional studies at Université de Sherbrooke. He is a Certified Sales Leader (CSL) and Certified Sales Professional (CSP) and is fluent in both English and French.
Known for his strategic thinking, collaborative leadership, and customer-centric approach, Dan is focused on driving growth and a superior customer experience at Shouldice Stone.
Rick Oleson
Rick Oleson serves as our Vice President of U.S. Sales, leading Shouldice Stone’s expansion and growth across the United States market.
Rick brings over 25 years of leadership experience in sales, business development, and operational management across manufacturing, distribution, and logistics organizations. Throughout his career, he has successfully built high-performing teams, launched new market initiatives, and driven sustainable revenue growth while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
With extensive experience in strategic account development, commercial strategy, and P&L leadership, Rick is known for his collaborative leadership style and ability to build strong partnerships with customers and industry stakeholders. His focus on growth, operational excellence, and team development supports Shouldice Stone’s continued expansion in the U.S. market.
Nikita Oatt
Nikita Oatt serves as Human Resources Manager and member of the Executive Leadership Team at Shouldice Stone. She aligns people strategy with the company’s long-term vision and supports the implementation of its purpose, vision, and values across the organization.
Nikita is passionate about growing people and building a workplace where employees and leaders can develop and succeed. She works closely with leadership to strengthen recruitment, employee engagement, leadership development, and organizational culture while helping make Shouldice Stone a great place to work. She is also actively involved in community support and outreach initiatives that reflect the company’s commitment to giving back and building strong local relationships.
Nikita has an educational background in Paralegal Studies and Human Resources Management and is committed to attracting, retaining, promoting, and rewarding top talent while supporting a culture of accountability and continuous growth.
Jon Szczur
Jon Szczur serves as our Chief Financial Officer, providing financial leadership and strategic insight to support Shouldice Stone’s continued growth and long-term success.
Jon brings extensive Chief Financial Officer experience and is a Chartered Professional Accountant with more than 25 years of senior finance leadership supporting organizations across manufacturing, technology, public companies, and entrepreneurial growth businesses. Throughout his career, he has helped organizations navigate strategic growth, operational improvements, and financial transformation.
Known for his strategic mindset, operational insight, and collaborative leadership style, Jon brings a strong focus on financial discipline, technology, and sustainable growth to the Shouldice Stone leadership team.
