In 2015, the City of Windsor, Ontario, decided to replace its outdated City Hall and construct a new public space. The exterior of the 12,000-sq.ft. facility features contrasting light and dark masonry. Shouldice Tapestry bricks in Briar and Colby were used on both the building’s exterior and inside the soaring two-storey lobby. The new City Hall opened in 2018 in time for Windsor’s 126th anniversary.
